You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as setup has not started, meaning nothing personalized has been added to your bash yet (no names, photos or recordings). Email us from the address you bought with. Once setup has started the purchase is final, and if Bash does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund you.
Guests join on their phones with the code shown on the TV. Go to bash.games/play and type it in. Nobody needs an account to play.
Log in at bash.games/login to set up or open your bash. To delete your bash and everything in it, use Settings in your Bashboard, or email us.
